Welcome to The Lord’s Table (TLT) Ministry. We are glad that you are joining our team, and we look forward to our work together. We believe that each worker contributes directly to TLT’s growth and success, and we hope that you will take pride in being a worker in our ministry.
This handbook was developed to describe some of the expectations of our workers and to outline policies and programs of TLT. Workers and donors should familiarize themselves with the content of the workers/donor handbook as soon as possible, for it will answer many questions about TLT ministry.
We hope that your experience will be spiritually fulfilling, challenging, enjoyable, and blessed. May God bless you and again, welcome.
Fellowship Department

Kitchen Department |
The Kitchen department is the first department of The Lord’s Table (TLT) Ministry. The kitchen department meets the needs of our members by serving meals after services. In addition, the goal of this department is to become a food bank, where members and the community can obtain free food. Eventually the kitchen department will operate as a café to provide employment for our members. |

Voices of Deliverance |
Voices of Deliverance is a ministry, which praise and worship through songs during services. Future goals for Voices of Deliverance include ministering at other churches, shelters, and on the street. |

Ushering |
The Ushering department provides hospitality to its members and others. The ushering department also keeps members abreast of programming and special events. They track attendance, new members, prayer requests, etc. |

Technical |
The technical department sets up and monitors necessary audiovisual equipment for services and functions. |
|
Prayer |
Members in this group are the foundation of the TLT. They are the intercessors for the ministry and individuals of the ministry. Prayer Warriors begin prayer before each service and their duties include setting up prayer points and night vigils for the ministry. |

Maintenance |
The maintenance department is in charge of setting up and cleaning the facility before and after services. The overall goal of this department is to keep the facility clean. |

Evangelism |
The goal of the evangelism department is to minister to people in shelters and on the streets about the love of God and the vision of TLT. |
|
Mentoring |
The mentors of TLT will be assigned members who they will assist to develop positive spiritual relationships. |
|
Creative Arts |
This department uses their special creative gifts to design birthday cards, posters, etc. for our members and workers. The creative arts department also includes media arts (TLT publication i.e. Miracle Minute), and the drama team. |
